Mike is the Worship Arts Leader at OFC. This includes leading musicians, vocalists. tech, various multimedia, and the overall general flow of the Sunday morning worship experiences.

Mike grew up in a small town in southern Indiana, came to Ohio to attend Heidelberg University, and has been in Old Fort ever since. He now lives here with his wife, Lindsay, and their two children, Clayton and Cora.

When he's not serving at the church, you can frequently find him enjoying his time at home, taking a nap, or looking for the perfect snack.

Noah Schwepe

Noah is privileged to be the new Director of Youth at Old Fort. He is from Sidney, Ohio and currently resides in Bowling Green, OH, where he went to college. Noah received a degree in Education at BGSU in 2024 but, after having the opportunity to work with the youth at H2O Church in Bowling Green, he felt the call to ministry. Noah has a passion for working with others, and he has been able to use that passion in his other jobs such as tour guide at Bowling Green, working at a retirement home, and his most previous job at Culver’s. 

Outside of youth ministry, Noah loves to eat, being outside (not in the winter), listening to his 80s music or podcasts, and watching football.

Debbie's role includes leading Sunday morning lessons in The FORT each week, as well as overseeing & developing Wednesday evening SPARK lessons each week for children pre-k through 6th grade. Debbie organizes and leads Vacation Bible School each summer, along with EGGstravaganza at Easter and the OFC Fall Festival. Debbie enjoys working with many volunteers from within the church family and from our local high school who assist in various ways to make these events effective outreach to the local and surrounding communities. Debbie is the first to recognize that these weekly and yearly events could not take place without the many wonderful people who walk alongside her. 

Debbie and her husband Dave, have been involved in church ministry for many years, serving in many different positions within the churches they have served. Debbie & Dave are celebrating their 50th anniversary in 2026. God has blessed them with 3 children who are now married and have added 3 wonderful spouses and 12 grandchildren who complete their family. When not at church, Debbie & Dave are often enjoying the company of their family. Debbie believes that her children are one of her greatest accomplishments in life.

Debbie has a heart of compassion, being available for those in need, and helping build relationships with God and others is very important to her. Colossians 3:23 is one of her favorite verses - "In all the work you are doing, work the best you can. Work as if you were working for the Lord, not for men."
